Ok for new people wondering how I'd prefer you to render your final track, here is how.

If you are rendering in Sony Vegas please make sure to disable resample. To do so first Select All by going to Edit > Select > Select All or (Ctrl+A)
Now while holding down the Ctrl key, deselect all audio files. You only want your video clips selected or it won't work.

Next, go to Edit > Switches > Disable Resample

Now for rendering, I prefer you render your final tracks in lagarith lossless format. You will need the codec if you do not have it. You can download that here:

Once you have that installed (you may have to restart SV) go to File > Render As
Click the Save as type tab and select Video for Windows (*.avi).

Then select the Template tab and choose Default Template (uncompressed).
After that, click the Custom button next to it.
Use whatever frame rate you edited the video with.
Select the Video format tab and choose Lagarith lossless codec.

Uncheck Interleave every (seconds).
Now select the Project tab on the bottom. Make sure Video rendering quality is on Best.

You can now press OK. Put a check by Stretch video to fill output frame size (do not letterbox).
Then click Save and you are done.

I hope this is helpful for some of you.
If you have anymore questions, please feel free to ask.
